Church E News 7th September 2010
Hi all,
Sorry for the lack of E News the last two weeks, I, like many in our church, was quite unwell last week! Has anyone else suffered from that awful 'chills"...aaargh!
Feeling much better now, and it was great to see so many folk in church on Sunday for the launch of our new series 'Real Friends'. If you missed the first week, you can listen to the message here.
This week we continue the series on Real Friends and I will give you some suggestions on how to be obnoxious, dysfunctional and a real pain in the neck!
Love to see you there,
Blessings

Church E News 5th August
Hi all,
Welcome to August!
This August has five Sundays, five Mondays and
five Tuesdays, all in one month. This feat happens only once every 823
years.
While you are digesting that amazing fact, why not check out the new series happening in August at Inglewood Church?
A Passionate Life
Pastor Eliot has developed a excellent small group resource to go with this. Even if you are not in a small group, email him for a copy!
Love to see you there Sunday as we cheer Quentin on his last Sunday before heading to India,
Blessings

Church E News Thursday 29th July
Hi all,
Hope your week is going great. This week a lot of the old Bedford Church building is coming down. It has been a long time coming, and there is a mixture of sadness and joy. Sadness because for many years God has done many things in peoples lives in that building. It holds memories which are precious. However, the Church is not a building, but people. So it is with joy that we look forward to the next stage in our Churches life.
Pray God will provide for us as a Church as we seek Gods will for our next step.
This week we are finishing off our series on James, this week Chapter Five.
Some of the regular folk who help with set up and pack down will be away, so I personally would really appreciate help this week!
Blessings,
Pastor Mark Edwards

This week we continue our series on 'Putting the Rubber to the Road' from James Chapter 3.
Also, it is Soup Sunday! You don't need to bring anything, just a donation for Quentin Gribble. This will help towards his trip to India.
Love to see you all there!

Church E News 1st July
Hi all,
can you believe we are into July already. Wow.
Time waits for no one.
What we do for God will last.
This Week
We are kicking off our new series plucked from the book of James.
Rubber to the Road
In the First chapter, James compares the Bible to a mirror, that we hold up to our face, and it shows us what we like. Prepare for a challenging message, I am challenged as I write it and God speaks to me....
Blessings,

Church E News 24th June
Hi all,
Last night was the coldest day we have had in Perth so far. Quentin and I shivered as we watched the Socceroos win the game, but not go through to the next stage, 'Football' is a strange game!
This Week
We are looking at the last message in our 'Failure' series. This week we are looking at Moses and how God got really mad at him. We will also hear about two Aussie males who thought it would be fun to shoot each other with air rifle pellets!
Soup Sunday
We are putting on the popular soup Sunday this month, the 18th. During this weather, that is a great idea!
See you there!

Church E news 17th June
Hi all,
This week we had our coldest day of the year so far as Perth shivered through the start of winter.
The seasons remind us that God has a time for all things.
Perhaps this time is for reflection and action. The two are not exclusive. Act based on wisdom received. Wisdom comes through prayer and inspiration. If anyone lacks wisdom, God calls us to ask...and He promises to give!
This Week
We continue our series on Failure. Thanks for all your positive responses to Failure in Marriage last week. This week we look at the commoness of failure to us all, and how to respond.
Would love to see you in church!
Blessings
